Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Bhindi thinly julienne
  • 1 Capsicum julienne
  • 2 Tomatoes julienne
  • 3 Green chilies julienne
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper crushed
  • 1 tsp Mustard paste
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp Allspice

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a karahi, and deep fry your bhindi little little, keep frying for 5 mins on fast flame, remove, fry capsicum for 1 min, remove, fry onion for 2 mins with green chilies and remove.
  • Heat ¼ cup oil in a wok, add ginger garlic and tomato puree, crushed red pepper, mustard paste, ketchup, chili powder, salt, allspice with ¼ cup water, fry well, add all the fried veggies with tomato julienne, mix all well, gently remove and serve in a sizzler.
