Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lit Milk 
  • 1/2 cup Rice soaked for 4 hours
  • 1/2 cup Khoya 
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Green cardamom grinded
  • 1/2 tsp Kewra water 
  • 2 tbsp Almonds and pistachios slice
  • Silver waraq

Instructions
 

  • Boil milk add in crushed rice, cup for 20 min till rice tender, add in khoya, sugar, keep staring.
  • Cook till kheer thick.
  • Mix well, lastly add cardamom and kewra remove in a serving dish sprinkle with almonds and pistachio and spread with waraq.
