Instructions
Boil milk add in crushed rice, cup for 20 min till rice tender, add in khoya, sugar, keep staring.
Cook till kheer thick.
Mix well, lastly add cardamom and kewra remove in a serving dish sprinkle with almonds and pistachio and spread with waraq.
