Instructions
Mix butter and icing sugar to a creamy texture, add egg, flour, baking powder, salt, and lemon zest, and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
When it is baked, take it out of the oven and mix coconut crushed, sugar, and egg on top of the cake.
Then bake it twice for 5 minutes and serve.
