Ingredients
  

  • 100 gm Butter
  • 100 gm Icing sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 100 gm Flour
  • 10 gm Baking powder
  • Salt a pinch
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest

For Toppings:

  • 100 gm Coconut (crushed)
  • 120 gm Sugar
  • 1 Egg

Instructions
 

  • Mix butter and icing sugar to a creamy texture, add egg, flour, baking powder, salt, and lemon zest, and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
  • When it is baked, take it out of the oven and mix coconut crushed, sugar, and egg on top of the cake.
  • Then bake it twice for 5 minutes and serve.
