Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Beef pasanda flattened

For marination :

  • 1/2 cup Brown onion paste
  • 1 Raw onion paste
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Papaya paste
  • 2 tbsp Roasted gram flour
  • 2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Roasted cumin crushed
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger powder
  • 1 tsp Allspice powder
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 2 tbsp Behari kabab masala
  • Coal gives smoke

Instructions
 

  • Apply all the masalas to beef pasandas, keep it for 2 hours, give dum of coal, grease baking tray, spread the marinated beef over the tray
  • Bake on 180 D for 40 mins till well done and water dries out, serve with onion rings, tomato rings, lemon wedges, and green chilies.
