Instructions
METHOD FOR BATTER :
Make the batter with enough water.
METHOD :
Dip chicken pieces in prepared batter and deep fry for about 5 mins till golden.
Heat butter and oil in a wok with onion paste, fry for 2-3 mins, add ginger garlic, ground green chili paste, chili powder, cook for2 mins
Add grounded cashew nuts paste, saute for 5 mins, simmer for 5 mins, add cream, elaichi powder, allspice, salt, saffron, ginger julienne, cook for another 2 mins
Put the fried chicken in a dish and pour the gravy over it, garnish with coriander leaves and sliced boiled egg.
