Instructions
Mix flour, sugar, yeast, salt, bread improver, milk powder, and egg and knead well and make dough.
Then roll it on a round mold and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Now take it out of the oven cool it and coat it with sugar.
Whip the whipped cream.
Now make a ganache of royal chocolate and choco haze and mix it in the cream.
Then fill it and serve on a platter with any fruit.
