Put all the ingredients for kebab in a bowl and chopper well, mix well, shape into gola kebab and shallow fry, give dum of coal.
METHOD FOR SAUCE :
Heat ghee, fry garlic, add cream, cream cheese, green chilies and seasonings, add milk, keep aside. Stir fry vegetables in the same pan in which we fried kebabs.
Heat a sizzler plate, arrange kababs on it, pour sauce over it, add fried vegetables and cheese on top, garnish with ginger julienne and coriander, and serve with nan.
