GOLA KABAB SIZZLER

Ingredients
  

Ingredients for Kabab :

  • 500 gm Beef mince with some fa
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Papaya paste
  • 1 tsp Green chilies ground
  • 2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Chat masala
  • 1 1/2 tsp Roasted and crushed cumin
  • 1 tsp Roasted coriander
  • 1 tsp Allspice powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tbsp Roasted gram flour
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Bread slices
  • 1/2 cup Brown onion ground
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Coal to smoke

Ingredients for Sauce :

  • 3 tbsp Clarified butter
  • 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp Chopped green chilies
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • Salt & pepper to taste

To Assemble Sizzler :

  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Onion sliced and stir-fried
  • 1 Capsicum sliced and stir-fried
  • 2 Green chilies whole fried
  • 2 tbsp Chopped coriander
  • 2 tbsp Ginger julienne

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients for kebab in a bowl and chopper well, mix well, shape into gola kebab and shallow fry, give dum of coal.

METHOD FOR SAUCE :

  • Heat ghee, fry garlic, add cream, cream cheese, green chilies and seasonings, add milk, keep aside. Stir fry vegetables in the same pan in which we fried kebabs.
  • Heat a sizzler plate, arrange kababs on it, pour sauce over it, add fried vegetables and cheese on top, garnish with ginger julienne and coriander, and serve with nan.
