Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Boneless chicken
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1/4 cup Corn flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Chili oil
  • 1/2 cup Spring onion finely chopped
  • 1 Carrot tiny cubes
  • 1 Tomato cubes
  • 1 Onion chopped in cubes
  • 1 Capsicum chopped in cubes
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
  • 1/4 cup Soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 Sweet and sour sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper
  • 1 cup Stock
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken with salt, white pepper, garlic paste, flour, corn flour, egg, and chili oil mix well deep fry in hot oil, and remove.

Method for gravy:

  • Heat oil, add garlic paste, add all the sauces, seasonings chicken stocks, and all the vegetables, thicken with corn flour paste, and top with fried chicken. Serve hot.
