Smoked Seekh Kabab Biryani

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack Seekh kabab 
  • Coal to smoke

Ingredients For Rice:

  • 750 gm Rice boiled
  • 3/4 cup Brown onion
  • 2 Tomatoes sliced
  • 4 Green chilies julienne
  • 1 cup Yogurt 
  • 25 gm Yogurt 
  • 1/2 packet Bombay biryani masala
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Yellow color 
  • 1 tsp screw pine essence 
  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves 
  • 2 tbsp Mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Grill kababs for 10 mins, give dum of coal, keep aside.

Method for Biryani

  • Heat oil, add brown onion, sliced tomatoes, yogurt, biryani masala, fry well, add kababs with curry leaves, coriander and green chilies, leave it on dum, put boiled rice on top of the mixture with yellow color, kewra, give dum of coal, 
  •  serve with salad and raita.
