Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken 16 pieces
  • 1 cup Yogurt 
  • 2 tbsp Tomato puree 
  • 1/2 cup Brown onion crushed 
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp White cumin roasted and crushed 
  • 1 tsp Allspice 
  • Orange color pinch
  • 1 tbsp Whole mixed spices
  • 1/2 cup Mint leaves chopped
  • Curry leaves handful
  • 6 Green chilies sliced
  • 1 tsp Black cumin seeds

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken with all above for 2 hours, heat ½ cup oil add 6 big green chili slice, handful curry leaves, ½ tsp black cumin seeds, slightly fry add marinated chicken, cover and cook for 30 minutes.
