Chicken Wings in Cream Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Chicken wings (cut from center into 2) 
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper 
  • 1 tsp Garlic 
  • 4 tbsp Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp Hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese
  • Dry Flour to roll

Ingredients for cream cheese sauce:

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Chili Sauce 
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar 
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise 
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese 

Instructions
 

Method for wings:

  • Marinate wings with given ingredients, roll in dry flour deep fry till golden and crisp

Method for sauce:

  • Heat oil add in all the remaining ingredient, cook for 5 min toil thick. Toss with the wings in cream cheese sauce. Cook till coated. Serve garnish with coriander leafs.
