Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Mince
  • 4 Onion 
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic 
  • 1 1/2 tsp Allspice 
  • 2 tbsp Roasted gram 
  • 2 tbsp Poppy seeds
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp Saffron 
  • 1 tsp Screw pine Water 
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 2 tsp Chili powder 
  • 2 tsp Salt 
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin roasted & crush 
  • 3 tbsp Coriander leaves 
  • 3-4 Green chilies 

Instructions
 

  Method for koftay:

  • Boil half mince in 1 cup water when dries remove.
  • Grind the raw and boil mince + 2 onion together in a chopper with grinded gram, poppy seeds, salt chili powder allspice.
  • Mix well make into balls and shallow fry.

  Method for Gravy:

  • Brown onions grind the onions add to the oil with ginger garlic paste coriander cumin chili powder salt allspice and yoghurt fry well add 1 cup water add the fry koftas leave it on Dum lastly add allspice kewra and saffron.
