Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Mutton chops
  • 2 tbsp Papaya paste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste heaped
  • 1 ½ tsp Chili powder
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Roasted & crushed cumin
  • ½ tsp Coriander crushed
  • 1 ½ tbsp Behari kebab masala heaped
  • 3 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 cup Water
  • Kachoomber to serve

FOR COATING

  • 3 qty Eggs
  • ½ cup Water
  • 3 tbsp Gram flour heaped
  • ¼ tsp Salt & pepper (each)
  • 2 cups Bread crumbs

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chops with all the given ingredients for 2 hours, add in 1 cup water, cover and cook on low heat till tender, beat eggs, water, salt, pepper and gram flour.
  • Dip chops in this batter, coat in crumbs and deep fry, serve with kachoomber.
