FOR PURI PARATHA

Instructions
FOR PARATHA
Put all the ingredients together and knead the dough into medium consistency,leave it for 1 hour,make into parathas and shallow fry.
FOR GARLIC SAUCE
Mix all the ingredients keep aside.
FOR FILLING
Marinate undercut with all the given ingredients for 2 hour,pan fry in ¼ cup oil,give dum of coal and make paratha rolls as shown.
