Beef Malai Garlic Roll Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 100 gm Undercut whole beef (cubes)
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves grinded
  • 6 qty Green chilies
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tsp Raw papaya
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Cumin crushed
  • 1 tsp Red pepper crushed
  • ½ cup Yogurt

FOR GARLIC SAUCE

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Cream heaped
  • ½ tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 qty Onion sliced
  • Mint leaves as required

FOR PURI PARATHA

  • 2 cups Fine flour
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 qty Egg
  • 2 tbsp Powder milk
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • Water to knead

Instructions
 

FOR PARATHA

  • Put all the ingredients together and knead the dough into medium consistency,leave it for 1 hour,make into parathas and shallow fry.

FOR GARLIC SAUCE

  • Mix all the ingredients keep aside.

FOR FILLING

  • Marinate undercut with all the given ingredients for 2 hour,pan fry in ¼ cup oil,give dum of coal and make paratha rolls as shown.
