
Beef Malai Garlic Roll Recipe
Ingredients
- 100 gm Undercut whole beef (cubes)
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves grinded
- 6 qty Green chilies
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 ½ tsp Raw papaya
- 2 tbsp Cream
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Cumin crushed
- 1 tsp Red pepper crushed
- ½ cup Yogurt
FOR GARLIC SAUCE
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Cream heaped
- ½ tsp Garlic paste
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 qty Onion sliced
- Mint leaves as required
FOR PURI PARATHA
- 2 cups Fine flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 qty Egg
- 2 tbsp Powder milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- ¼ cup Oil
- Water to knead
Instructions
FOR PARATHA
- Put all the ingredients together and knead the dough into medium consistency,leave it for 1 hour,make into parathas and shallow fry.
FOR GARLIC SAUCE
- Mix all the ingredients keep aside.
FOR FILLING
- Marinate undercut with all the given ingredients for 2 hour,pan fry in ¼ cup oil,give dum of coal and make paratha rolls as shown.
