First mix boneless chicken breast, salt, black pepper, mustard paste, Wooster sauce, garlic, rose merry, soya sauce & steak sauce.
Heat oil and fry chicken from both sides.
Add half creamy tarragon sauce and serve it.
To make creamy tarragon sauce: In on pan, heat butter, add sliced mushrooms, corn flour white vinegar, cream, dried tarragon, parsley, salt, black pepper & finely chopped spring onion, cook it nicely until it becomes thick.
