Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups French bread cubes
  • 6 qty Ramekins
  • 4 ounce Melted butter
  • 4 qty Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cream
  • ¾ cup Caster sugar
  • ¼ cup Orange juice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Salt pinch

FOR CARAMEL SAUCE

  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • 4 ounce Butter
  • ½ cup Cream
  • ½ tsp Caramel essence
  • 2 tbsp Corn syrup

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients together in a sauce pan, cook till thick, grease ramekins, apply melted butter on bread cubes, fill them in ramekins.
  • Beat together all the other ingredients, pour over bread cubes in ramekins, bake on 180 d for 25 mins, serve with caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream or swirls of fresh cream.
