
Caramel Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 cups French bread cubes
- 6 qty Ramekins
- 4 ounce Melted butter
- 4 qty Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Cream
- ¾ cup Caster sugar
- ¼ cup Orange juice
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Salt pinch
FOR CARAMEL SAUCE
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- 4 ounce Butter
- ½ cup Cream
- ½ tsp Caramel essence
- 2 tbsp Corn syrup
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients together in a sauce pan, cook till thick, grease ramekins, apply melted butter on bread cubes, fill them in ramekins.
- Beat together all the other ingredients, pour over bread cubes in ramekins, bake on 180 d for 25 mins, serve with caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream or swirls of fresh cream.
