Ingredients For Masala:

Instructions
Method For Kebab:
Marinate mince with all the given ingredients and chopperize well, grease hands, make longish kebabs, pan fry, give dum of coal.
Method For Masala:
Heat oil, add chopped onion, fry till light golden, add ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder and chopperized tomatoes, fry well.
Add fried kebabs with chopped greens and ginger julienne, leave on dum for 10 mins.
Lastly add allspice, serve with nan.
