Reshmi Kebab Karahi Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 400 gm Mince chicken
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic
  • 1 qty Onion chopped
  • 2 tsp Cashew nut grinded
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp White pepper
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Green chili grinded
  • 1 tsp Roasted & crushed cumin
  • 1 tsp Coriander crushed
  • 2 tsp Coriander chopped
  • 1 tsp Corn flour heaped
  • 1 tsp Allspice
  • 1 qty Bread soaked in milk (slice large)

Ingredients For Masala:

  • 4 qty Tomatoes chopperized
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic heaped
  • 2 qty Green chilies chopped
  • 2 tsp Ginger julienne
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • 2 tsp Coriander leaves
  • ½ tsp Allspice
  • orange color pinch

Instructions
 

Method For Kebab:

  • Marinate mince with all the given ingredients and chopperize well, grease hands, make longish kebabs, pan fry, give dum of coal.

Method For Masala:

  • Heat oil, add chopped onion, fry till light golden, add ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder and chopperized tomatoes, fry well.
  •  Add fried kebabs with chopped greens and ginger julienne, leave on dum for 10 mins.
  • Lastly add allspice, serve with nan.
