
Reshmi Kebab Karahi Recipe
Ingredients
- 400 gm Mince chicken
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic
- 1 qty Onion chopped
- 2 tsp Cashew nut grinded
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp White pepper
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Green chili grinded
- 1 tsp Roasted & crushed cumin
- 1 tsp Coriander crushed
- 2 tsp Coriander chopped
- 1 tsp Corn flour heaped
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 1 qty Bread soaked in milk (slice large)
Ingredients For Masala:
- 4 qty Tomatoes chopperized
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic heaped
- 2 qty Green chilies chopped
- 2 tsp Ginger julienne
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- ¼ cup Oil
- 2 tsp Coriander leaves
- ½ tsp Allspice
- orange color pinch
Instructions
Method For Kebab:
- Marinate mince with all the given ingredients and chopperize well, grease hands, make longish kebabs, pan fry, give dum of coal.
Method For Masala:
- Heat oil, add chopped onion, fry till light golden, add ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder and chopperized tomatoes, fry well.
- Add fried kebabs with chopped greens and ginger julienne, leave on dum for 10 mins.
- Lastly add allspice, serve with nan.
