Ingredients
  

  • 4 Lemon 
  • ½ kg Mustard Oil
  • 250 gm Carrot 
  • 250 gm Green Chilies
  • 10 Curry Leaves
  • 250 gm Cabbage 
  • 2 tbsp Fennel 
  • 2 tbsp Nigella Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Mustard Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Cumin 
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Crushed Garlic

Instructions
 

  • Wash the vegetables and dry it. now all spices mix well. after this heat oil and cool it then dip in achaar and fill in bottle. then 2 to 3 days keep in sunlight then use it.
