Mixed Achaar Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Lemon
- ½ kg Mustard Oil
- 250 gm Carrot
- 250 gm Green Chilies
- 10 Curry Leaves
- 250 gm Cabbage
- 2 tbsp Fennel
- 2 tbsp Nigella Seeds
- 2 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 tbsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Crushed Garlic
Instructions
- Wash the vegetables and dry it. now all spices mix well. after this heat oil and cool it then dip in achaar and fill in bottle. then 2 to 3 days keep in sunlight then use it.
