Shinwari Beef Karhai Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Oil
  • ½ kg Beef
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 3-4 Tomatoes
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 5-6 Green Chilies

Instructions
 

  • In a wok add oil and beef. Mix well until the meat changes its color.
  • Then add ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
  • Add in tomatoes and mix well.
  • Add salt, black pepper powder and mix well.
  • Cover the wok with a lid and simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Add garam masala and green chilies. Mix well. Cover and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Enjoy!
