Shinwari Beef Karhai Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Oil
- ½ kg Beef
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 3-4 Tomatoes
- Salt To Taste
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 5-6 Green Chilies
Instructions
- In a wok add oil and beef. Mix well until the meat changes its color.
- Then add ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
- Add in tomatoes and mix well.
- Add salt, black pepper powder and mix well.
- Cover the wok with a lid and simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add garam masala and green chilies. Mix well. Cover and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Enjoy!
