Cookies & Cakes

• In a stand mixing bowl mix sugar and butter , then add eggs one by one , now add all the dry ingredients make batter .
• Add milk and pour this in 9 inch cake pan divide and bale 30 min for 170 degree.
• Then make like sandwich fill chocolate and cream place another cake and served.

• Ab flour baking powder baking soda dalen last me yogurt dalen or spatula ki madad se mix kren 7 inches round pan me bake krlen 170c pe 25 to 30 minutes.

FOR MERINGUE FROSTING

• Egg white or sugar ko double boiler pe cook kren or continuously whisk krte rahen jb tar banne lagay to double boiler se utar len ya 80c tak cook kr k utar len.
• Ab beat kren jb tak achi fluffy or thandi na hojay phir thora thora kr k butter add kren coconut essence dalen.

FOR CHOCOLATE GLAZE

• Chocolate melt krlen cream halki garam krlen butter melt kren or tino chizon ko whisk krlen.

• Put all the ingredients in a bowl and beat with electric beater at low speed for 1 min.
• Do not overbeat, roll out on a floured surface into ¼ inch thickness using a cookie cutter of your choice cut out biscuits.
• Put cookies on a cookie sheet, bake for 15 mins in a pre-heated oven at 180 d.

• In a bowl add oil and sugar mix then add curd and beat with egg. Add flour ,baking powder and fold with strained yogurt, bake it in the preheated oven on 180 C foe 35 minutes.
• In another pan cook milk, sugar and curd for 5 minutes. Add vanilla custard cook till it gets thicken. Add pistachio, almond and cardamom then now take out.
• Now soak baked rasmalai in the milk. Serve with almonds, pistachio and cream.

• Beat eggs and sugar , now add flour, salt and baking powder , now add oil and milk , pour this batter in mold and bake on 170 degree oven for 25 min, lastly decorate with mangoes and cream and serve .

• Mix butter and caster sugar , now add eggs one by one , then add mash bananas , pour this batter on cake mold , lastly vale on 170 degree for 30 min and serve.

• Grease your mould very well with oil, fix with pineapple and cherries, dissolve jelly in ¾ cup water, pour on top of pineapple slices, beat together curd cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise and cream, fold in pineapple fruit cocktail, sugar, salt, dissolve gelatin, mix all well, pour on top of set Jell-O, freeze till done, over turn and serve.

METHOD FOR CAKE:

• Put all the dry ingredients in one bowl. In another bowl add melted butter, eggs, sugar, milk, sour cream, essence and hot coffee, beat all.
• Add the dry ingredients, do not overbeat, pour into two 9 inch round pans, bake at 180 D for 40 mins.

METHOD FOR SOAKING SYRUP:

• Cook till sugar melts and syrup slightly thick.

METHOD FOR SOAKING GLAZE:

• Heat till chocolate is melted and mixed with milk.

METHOD For Frosting:

• Make frosting, chill and beat.

• METHOD:
• First soak one piece of cake with soaking syrup, put the second piece of cake on top, then soak with glaze, then apply the ganache all over the cake.
• In the end, pour and spread the glaze, chill and serve.

• Melt the butter. Then in a bowl add eggs, egg yolks, milk and salt. Beat well. Now add melted butter and flour. 
• Fold properly. In a fry pan add little mixture on pan cakes and cook well. Lastly add chicken filling and serve.

METHOD FOR THE FILLING:

• In a bowl mix together cooked chicken, mayonnaise, chopped cabbage and black pepper.
