  • ½ kg Mince (beef)

  • In a pan, add beef, salt, ginger garlic paste and boil.
  • Now add green chilies, black pepper, red chili powder, spring onion, coriander leaves, soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, bread slices, garam masala powder and mix well.
  • Now make shape of kabab, dip in eggs.
  • Then coat in bread crumbs and fry in heat oil. In the end, serve with sauce or dip.

  • ½ kg Bengal Gram (boiled)
  • ½ kg Bottle gourd
  • 1 qty Chicken cube
  • 250 grams Tomatoes
  • 1 piece Finely Chopped Ginger
  • 1 qty Onion
  • 4 qty Green Chilies
  • ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
  • ½ tsp Nigella Seeds
  • ½ tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 100 grams Butter

Instructions
 

  • Boil lentil with turmeric till it tenders. Removes from the stove, now heat oil add onion and fry. 
  • Add bottle gourd, green chilies, tomatoes, mustard seeds, nigella seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seed, and red chili, Chicken cube, salt and fry well.
  • When bottle gourd is tender, add boil Bengal gram and mix.
  • For tempering, heat butter adds garlic and fry. Add cumin seeds and give tempering on daal.

  • ½ kg Beef boneless
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • ½ kg Yogurt
  • ¾ cup Tomato paste
  • 2 tsp Chili powder

  • 1 tsp Kalonji heaped coarsely grounded

Instructions
 

  • Cut beef into small cubes, marinate with ginger garlic, chili powder, yoghurt, salt for 2 hours.
  • Heat oil, add meat cook over low heat until beef tender, grind kalonji and saunf together coarsely.
  • Mix in it 1 tsp salt slit green chilies from 1 side length wise, take out seeds stuffed with grinded masala.
  • When meats get tenders, and water raised, add ¾ cup tomato paste, add the stuff chilies.
  • Leave it on dum, till chilies tender, and serve with Naan.

  • Grind all the dry ingredients and make a fine powder , now blend all wet ingredients to make paste.
  • Now mix both dry and wet ingredients , now marinate mutton in this batter for 4 to 6 hours.
  • Now bake it or boil for half and hour , to make karahi heat oil sauté ginger , now stir add green chilies , curry leaves and all the spices except dried fenugreek mix.

  • Now dip in water. In a pan add water sugar, orange flavor powder and add corn flour cook till it gets thicken.
  • Now add yogurt and cream mix well.For papri mix flour with all the remaining ingredients, water make a dough,roll it and fry.
  • For assembling beat yogurt and add dahi bhallay and fruit cocktail.
  • Now pour yogurt mixture and papri.
