  • 500 gm Beef Mince
  • 1 cup Bengal gram washed
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 6 qty Green chilies chopped
  • 1 large Potato cut into 4 pcs

  • Grease your hands, stuff a boiled egg wedge between the prepared grinded mince and shape into a cylinder, coat with bread crumbs, dip in egg, deep fry till golden, serve hot with ketchup.

Method:

  • Pressure cook all the above ingredients for 15 mins, if any excess water is remaining cook on high till dry, cool and grind finely, mix in lots of coriander and mint.

Ingredients For Dough:

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Yeast
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • Lukewarm water to knead

Ingredients For Spicy Mayo:

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 tsp Chili sauce
  • 4 tsp Green chili sauce
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper

  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves
  • tsp Mozzarella cheese
  • 1-2 egg Beaten

Ingredients For Garlic Butter:

  • ½ cup Melted butter
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • 2 tsp Crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • ½ tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander
  • salt pinch

Ingredients For Fillet:

  • 400 gm Boneless chicken
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp Tikka masala
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice

Instructions
 

Method For Dough:

  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix and knead with lukewarm water to a soft dough, apply some oil on top, cover and leave it to rise for 1 hour.

Method For Fillet:

  • Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients, grill with 1 tsp oil until done, give dum of coal and keep aside.

Method For Garlic Butter:

  • In a bowl mix together ½ cup melted butter, ¼ cup oil, 2tbsp crushed garlic, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, mixed herbs ½ tsp, chopped coriander 1 tsp, pinch of salt.

Method:

  • Mix all together for garlic butter in a bowl and keep aside. Method for spicy mayo IN a bowl add ½ cup mayonnaise, 4 tsp chili sauce, 4 tsp green chili sauce, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, salt ¼ tsp, black pepper ¼ tsp, onion finely chopped 1 tsp, coriander leaves 1 tsp, mix all well and keep aside. Mozzarella cheese 1 ½ cup Beaten egg 1 or 2 for brushing
  • To assemble Roll a ball of dough in oblong shape, put a dollop of spicy mayo followed by chicken tikka pieces, then some mozzarella cheese, fold slightly from both sides and roll to wrap it well, brush with beaten egg, bake in a pre-heated oven 200 d for 15 mins, once you remove from oven, brush generously with garlic butter, let it rest for 5 mins, the rolls will absorb the butter, serve it hot.

  • 1 kg Chicken 16 pcs
  • ½ cup Oil
  • ¾ cup Brown onion
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

  • Heat oil, add half quantity of whole spices, add brown onion with ginger garlic paste, chili powder and chicken, ¼ cup water, fry till oil separates.
  • Add 1 cup yogurt, cover and cook till chicken tender, if required add ½ cup water, add lemon juice, mix saffron with the remaining yogurt and divide into 2 portions.

TO ASSEMBLE:

  • Now add half the portion of saffron mixed with yogurt, coriander and mint on the chicken, spread half of the rice over the chicken.
  • Now sprinkle the remaining yogurt and saffron mixture, add the remaining rice.
  • Cover tightly, leave it on dum for 15 mins, serve with kachumber.

  • Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, oil, tandoori masala, lemon juice, color, salt, leave it for 30 mins.
  • In a blender, blend together brown onion, tomatoes, green chilies, allspice, cumin, turmeric, coriander powder, dried fenugreek leaves, fennel seeds, cashew nuts, melon seeds, chopped coriander with 1 cup yogurt to a fine paste.
  • Heat oil in a wok, add whole spices, pour the blended masala paste, cook for 5 mins, add the marinated chicken, cook well till done, add 2 tsp cream, saffron, rose water and screw pine essence.
  • Lastly add some chopped coriander, serve hot with paratha or garlic nan.

Instructions
 

  • Cut the breast into half horizontally to make 4 thin pieces, flatten, marinate with salt, pepper and paprika ½ tsp each. 
  • In a bowl beat egg, milk, and water. In another bowl mix both the flour, powder milk, sugar, baking soda, mustard powder, remaining salt, pepper and paprika, dip chicken in egg mixture then in flour mixture, deep fry in fry pan until golden brown about 3 mins on each side. 
  • Heat buns, spread with butter and spread 2 slices of pickled cucumber, top with fried chicken, cheese slice, tomato slice, top with bun, serve immediately with fries.
