Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Boneless chicken cubes
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic
  • ¼ cup Pineapple juice
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp Sambal oleak
  • 1 tsp Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 qty Onion
  • 1 qty Capsicum
  • Pineapple cubes as required

Ingredients For Sauce:

  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Crushed garlic
  • 3 tsp Pineapple tidbits chopped
  • ½ cup Pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • Salt pinch
  • 1 tsp Corn flour

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients, put on skewers alternating with vegetables, pan fry adding in tropical sauce.

Method For Sauce:

  • Heat 2 tsp oil, add crushed garlic 1 tsp, pineapple tidbits chopped 3 tsp, pineapple juice ½ cup, crushed red pepper 1 tsp, salt pinch, thicken the sauce with 1 tsp corn flour paste.

Instructions
 

  • Flatten chicken cubes, marinate with all the given ingredients, put on skewers, alternating with cubes of tomato and capsicum.
  • Cook in a pre-heated oven on 180 D for 20 mins, give dum of coal and pan fry in 2 tsp oil in fry pan, serve with rice or pita bread.

Ingredients For Dough:

  • 12 ounce Flour
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • 1 tsp Instant yeast
  • 2 tsp Milk powder
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Salt

Ingredients For Filling:

  • cup Roasted chicken mince
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp Mustard paste
  • ½ tsp Oregano leaves
  • 2 tsp Ketchup
  • 4 tsp Onion chopped
  • 4 tsp Capsicum chopped
  • 4 tsp Tomato chopped
  • 2 qty Eggs (beaten)

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl mix together 12 ounces flour, 1 tsp yeast. ¼ cup oil, ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp sugar, 2 tsp milk powder and knead to a medium soft dough with lukewarm water as required.
  • Leave to rise in a warm place for 30 mins till doubled, divide the dough in half, roll out on a floured surface into two circles of 10 inches.
  • Place 1 circle on a greased tray, spread with 1 ½ cup roasted mince, 1 tsp mustard paste, 2 tsp ketchup, 4 tsp chopped onion, 4 tsp capsicum, 4 tsp tomatoes and ½ tsp oregano leaves
  • Place the second rolled circle on top, press the edges together to seal, brush with beaten egg, bake on 200 D for 30 mins.

  • ½ kg Chicken boneless
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Mustard paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 3 tsp Barbeque sauce
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 2 cups Macaroni (boiled)
  • ¼ cup Sweet corn
  • ¼ cup Mushroom
  • 2 tsp Tomato (diced)
  • 2 tsp Capsicum
  • 1 tsp Chicken powder
  • ¼ tsp White pepper
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Raisins
  • ½ cup Pineapple chunk
  • Lettuce leaves as required
  • Parsley (chopped) as required

Ingredients For Dressing:

  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Garlic (crushed)
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • ¼ tsp White pepper
  • ½ tsp Mustard paste
  • 2 tsp Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Parsley

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl marinate chicken with vinegar, red chili flakes, mustard paste, ginger garlic paste, salt and black pepper for about 30 minutes. 
  • Then add barbeque sauce and mix well. In a grill pan heat olive oil and grill the chicken properly. Once it is cooked slice them and set aside.
  • In another bowl add boiled macaroni, sweet corn, mushroom, tomato, capsicum, chicken powder, white pepper, black pepper, sugar, raisins and pineapple chunks. 
  • Mix well and add in half of the sliced chicken.
  • Now in a salad platter arrange the lettuce leaves. Add salad on the top along with the remaining chicken. Garnish with chopped parsley. You can also add almond flakes.

METHOD FOR DRESSING:

  • In a bowl add olive oil, vinegar, crushed garlic, black pepper, white pepper and mustard paste. Whisk it properly. 
  • Then add heavy cream and mix. Also add sugar and parsley and mix. Add the dressing to the salad. Serve.

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ tsp Fine sea salt, plus more as needed
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey or brown sugar (light or dark)
  • 1 ¼ pound Boneless, skinless chicken thigh, leg, and/or breast, cut into strips about 3 inches long and 3/4 to 1 inch thick
  • 3 clove Garlic roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp Chopped cilantro stems or roots
  • 2 ¼ tsp Black peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp Canola or other neutral oil
  • Thai sweet chilli sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, stir together the salt, oyster sauce, seasoning sauce, and honey.
  • Taste the marinade and make sure it is salty enough. Add up to 1/4 teaspoon salt, if needed.
  • When satisfied, add the chicken and stir, coating well.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 30 minutes (or refrigerate for up to 8 hours).
  • Meanwhile, in a small food process (or use a mortar and pestle), grind the garlic, cilantro and pepper into a paste. It will be grainy but relatively smooth. (The mixture can be covered with plastic wrap and left to sit at room temperature for hours before being used).
  • Add the garlic mixture to the marinated chicken, stirring to coat well.
  • Thread the chicken onto the skewers, covering most of each skewer. For succulence, give each loaded skewer a gentle squeeze to ensure that the meat hugs the skewer. 
  • Lightly oil a cast-iron stove-top grill pan and set over medium-high heat. Or, prepare a medium-hot charcoal fire or preheat a gas grill to medium-high (you can hold your hand 6 inches above the grill for 3 or 4 seconds).
  • Brush the skewers with 1 tablespoon of oil. Cook the skewers for 8 to 12 minutes, turning frequently and bast­ing with the remaining 1 tablespoon oil.
  • Until the meat is slightly charred and cooked through. Nick a piece with the point of a knife to check.
  • Serve the skewers with the chile sauce.

  • Add chopped onion and garlic fry for 2 minutes till onion sauce.
  • Add in tomatoes with quarter cup water, salt and BBQ sauce.
  • Cook for 1 minute and remove.
  • To serve put the cooked chicken on platter top with prepared sauce serve garnish with crushed peanuts and garlic rice mold.

  • 2 qty Finely chopped garlic (2 full)
  • ¾ cup Yogurt
  • 7 to 8 qty Fresh green chilies

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a big size wok ( karahi ) , fry chopped garlic until light golden (do not over brown). 
  • Now add marinated beef and bhoonofy on high flame for about 10-15 mins.
  • Now add youghurt , mix well and check if water is required as beef also release its own water and youghurt too... so if there is enough water , don’t add water . 
  • Cover and cook on slow flame until beef become tender. 
  • When there is a little water left, take the beef out of the pan and put it on the stove.
  • Now add ginger , green chillies, Boti tikka masala , lemon juice and coriander.
  • Roast on high film with good acacia.(Sprinkle water of recreated ... don't spray too much water with spice)
  • Add little bit butter or ghee.
  • Roast for five minutes and then turn off the fire.
