In a bowl add flour, eggs, salt, baking powder, powdered milk, yogurt, oil and water and knead a smooth dough. Grease with oil, cover with cloth and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
In a bowl add yogurt, oil, paprika powder, garlic powder, lemon juice, black pepper powder, salt, garam masala powder and ginger garlic paste. Mix it well.
Take chicken leg pieces, place cuts on them knife and marinate them in prepared marinade. Marinate chicken leg pieces for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
In a pan heat oil and add marinated chicken, cook until changes color. Add water, cover and cook for 10-12 minutes or until water evaporates.
In a pot heat oil and add cooked chicken drumsticks, fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden and crispy. Your chicken drumsticks are ready. Set aside.
In a pan heat oil and add onion. Cook until soft and translucent. Now add boiled chicken, red chili powder, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, white pepper powder, cumin seeds, garam masala powder, salt, paprika powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and green chilies. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Now add yogurt and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Set aside.
Take the prepared dough and divide into 6 parts. Take one part, make the dough ball, and roll it out into flat circle. Spread ghee on it, dust flour and fold it into rectangle shape while spread ghee and dusting flour on every fold.
Roll it out into flat rectangle. Now pick the corners of the flattened dough and combine them together making a dough ball again.
Roll it out again into flat circle. Depp fry it in oil until crispy and golden brown in color. Your paratha is ready.
Now take the prepared paratha, cut it open from one side, and fill the prepared chicken filling inside. Place chicken drumstick on top with sliced veggies, sprinkle chaat masala on top and serve. Your Dulhan Paratha is ready.
