Chicken Madfoon Mandi Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken Legs or Breast
- Salt To Taste
- ½ cup Coriander
- ½ cup Mint
- 5 Green Chilies
- 1 tbsp Almond
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Water
- ½ cup Yogurt
- Oil As Required
- 2 Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp All spices
Instructions
- Blend salt, coriander, mint, almonds, green chilies, garlic cloves, water well and make a paste.
- Mix the paste with yogurt, oil, lemon juice, black pepper powder and garam masala. Marinate chicken in the it and leave it for at least 2 hours in fridge.
- Wrap chicken in aluminum foil and bake it at 220 degree for 25 to 30 minutes. You can also steam it for 30 to 35 minutes.
