Chanay ki Daal Gosht Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Mutton
- 250 g Yellow Lentil (soaked)
- 3 Tomatoes (Sliced)
- 4 Green Chilies
- ½ cup Oil
- ½ cup Mint Leaves
- ½ cup Brown Onions
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- ½ cup Turmeric Powder
- 1½ tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp All Spice
- 4 Green Chilies
Instructions
- Heat oil, add brown onion with mutton.
- Tomatoes, ginger garlic, and dry spices fry well.
- Add 1 cup water cover and cook for 15 – 20 min, then add in the soak daal,
- Cover and cook till daal and mutton tender, add allspice, green chilies, mint leaves and ready to serve.
