
Pineapple Upside Down Salad Mould Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 can Pineapple slices
- 6 qty Cherry halves
- 1 packet Pineapple jelly dissolved
- 6 tsp Cream cheese
- 1 cup Curd cheese
- 6 tsp Mayonnaise heaped
- 4 tsp Cream whipped
- 2 tsp Gelatin dissolved syrup
- 2 tsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Pineapple tidbits
- 1 cup Fruit cocktail
Instructions
- Grease your mould very well with oil, fix with pineapple and cherries, dissolve jelly in ¾ cup water, pour on top of pineapple slices, beat together curd cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise and cream, fold in pineapple fruit cocktail, sugar, salt, dissolve gelatin, mix all well, pour on top of set Jell-O, freeze till done, over turn and serve.
