
Pineapple Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tin Evaporated milk
- 1 tin Condensed milk
- 4 qty Egg
- 2 qty Bread slices Large
- 1 tin Pineapple
- ½ tsp Pineapple essence
- Yellow color pinch
Instructions
- Put all the above in a blender, blend until smooth, put in an ovenproof dish, bake on 180 d for 40 mins, remove and serve cold.
