Orange Ginger Syrup Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 litre Fresh Orange Juice
- 1 cup Lemon Juice
- 5 cups Sugar
- 20 g GingerĀ
Instructions
- Add orange juice, sugar, lemon juice and ginger in a pan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Simmer the heat and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Strain the mixture and transfer in a clean glass bottle.
- Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for up to a month.
How To Serve:
- To serve, take 2 tablespoon of syrup in a glass.
- Top with chilled water or soda water. Garnish with Orange slice or wedge and ice cubes.
