Blue Colada Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream of coconut small tin ( 1 ) or use coconut milk powder ( 2 tbsp )
- 1 tbsp Caster sugar
- Blue food colour few drops
- 8 oz Pineapple juice ( 1 can )
- ½ tsp Pineapple essence
- 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup Crushed ice
Instructions
- Put all together in a blender
- Blend for 2 minutes.
- Serve chilled decorated with cherries and cubes of pineapple.
- For pina colada , just omit blue colur
