Milk Cloud Recipe
- 1 cup Milk
- ¼ cup Caster sugar
- ½ tsp Cardamom Powder
- 4 oz Fresh cream
- Saffron pinch
- Pistachio for decoration
- Boil milk for 10 to 15 minutes till reduced to half.
- Add in the dissolved saffron,sugar and cardamom powder.
- Chill and add the cream.
- Then beat with Electric beater or blend till foamy.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
