Best Marshmallows Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 Egg white
- 1 tsp Gelatin Powder
- ½ tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 cup Boiling Water
- ½ tsp Cream Of Tarter
Instructions
- Mix sugar, egg white and cream of tarter, Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Add vanilla essence, add to sugar mixture. Beat until light and fluffy
- Grease Pyrex with spray and cook, pour mixture and allow to set. Cut into squares
- Toast some coconut. Roll squares in cooled coconut.
Note:
- If u would like a color then add colour of choice when u add vanilla essence.
