Chicken Egg and Vegetable Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Boneless Chicken  
  • 1 qty Onion     
  • 1 tsp Garlic  
  • 1 qty Tomato      
  • ¾ tsp Salt     
  • ½ tsp Pepper      
  • ½ tsp Mustard         
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar 
  • 1 qty Tomato (sliced) 
  • 1 qty Capsicum (sliced)    
  • 2 qty Boiled Eggs   
  • 2 qty Fried Potato (sliced) 
  • 1 qty Spring Onions (chopped) 
  • Fresh Bread crumbs as required
  • 1 qty Egg 
  • 2 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce  

FOR WHITE SAUCE

  • 1 oz Butter
  • 1 tbsp Flour     
  • ¼ tsp Salt  
  • ¼ tsp Pepper  
  • ¼ tsp Mustard     
  • 1 cup Milk    
  • 1 tbsp Hoision Sauce    

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil, add chicken and Garlic, fry well, now add rest of the spices and mix well. 
  • Cover and cook till chicken is tender and done.
  • Now spread chicken mixture in a dish, place tomato slices, egg, fried potatoes, capsicum slices, chopped spring onions and pour white sauce.
  • Beat egg, till its fluffy, pour it on the chicken, sprinkle bread crumbs, topped with butter, grill or bake till golden.
