Milk Chocolate Caramel Trifle Cups Recipe
Ingredients
Prepare Caramel Sauce:
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Prepare Caramel Custard:
- 3 cups Milk
- 4 tbsp Corn Flour
- ¼ cup Milk
Assembling:
- Chocolate Brownie Or Cake Crushed
- Corn Flakes Or Crushed Almonds
- Chocolate Chips
- Whipped Cream
- Chocolate Syrup
- Chocolate Brownie
Instructions
Prepare Caramel Sauce:
- In a saucepan, add sugar & cook on very low flame until sugar is caramelized & turns brown and gently stir pan few times in between to mix.
- Turn off the flame, add cream then turn on the flame & whisk well.
- Add vanilla essence & mix well. Caramel sauce is ready!
Prepare Caramel Custard:
- Take out half quantity of prepared caramel sauce in a bowl,let it cool & transfer to a piping bag.
- In remaining caramel sauce,add milk,mix well & bring it to boil.
- In cornflour, add milk & mix well.
- Now add dissolved cornflour, mix well & cook until it thickens then strain with the help of strainer.
- 1 & ½ Cup of caramel sauce is ready! Let it cool while whisking to avoid lumps. Transfer to a piping bag & refrigerate until chilled
Assembling:
- In a serving glass, add chocolate brownie & press gently.
- Add prepared caramel sauce, cornflakes ,chocolate chips ,prepared caramel custard, whipped cream & drizzle caramel sauce & chocolate syrup.
- Garnish with chocolate brownie & serve chilled!
