
Red Velvet Swiss Roll Recipe
Ingredients
- 40 gm Sugar
- 40 gm Oil
- 3 qty Eggs
- 40 gm Flour
- 6 gm Red color
- 10 gm Milk
- 10 gm Yogurt
- 10 gm Condensed milk
- Salt a pinch
- 2 drops Vanilla essence
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Cocoa powder
- ½ tsp Baking soda
- 20 gm Beetroot
For The Decoration:
- 100 gm Cream
- 20 gm Cream cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl beat sugar and eggs well until the mixture gets fluffy. Then add oil and beat well.
- Now add milk, yogurt, condensed milk, red color and vanilla essence. Mix well.
- Now add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix and fold properly.
- Then mash the beetroot and add to the batter. Grease 11×15 baking swiss tray and add the batter.
- Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 c for about 10 minutes.
Method For The Decoration:
- In a bowl beat cream and cream cheese well. Lastly decorate the red velvet swiss roll and serve.
