
Nargisi Kabab Recipe
Ingredients
- 500 gm Beef Mince
- 1 cup Bengal gram washed
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 6 qty Green chilies chopped
- 1 large Potato cut into 4 pcs
- 2 tsp Allspice
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 qty Red chili finely chopped
- Chopped coriander / mint as required
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ glass Water
Other Ingredients:
- 3 qty Boiled eggs cut into wedges
- 1-2 qty Raw egg beaten
- Bread crumbs as required
Instructions
- Grease your hands, stuff a boiled egg wedge between the prepared grinded mince and shape into a cylinder, coat with bread crumbs, dip in egg, deep fry till golden, serve hot with ketchup.
Method:
- Pressure cook all the above ingredients for 15 mins, if any excess water is remaining cook on high till dry, cool and grind finely, mix in lots of coriander and mint.
