Ingredients
  

  • 5 medium Tomatoes
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 750 g Chicken Mix Boti
  • tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 6 Green Chillies
  • Salt To Taste
  • tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • Fresh Coriander Chopped For Garnishing
  • Ginger For Garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Cut tomatoes in half & place them in a frying pan.
  • Add water & bring it to boil, cover & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes, remove tomato skin, discard & let them cool.
  • In blender jug,add tomatoes,blend to make puree & set aside.
  • In a wok, add cooking oil & heat it.
  • Add chicken & mix well until it changes color.
  • Add ginger garlic paste,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add green chilies, mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add puree tomatoes,mix well & cook for 8-10 minutes or until oil separates.
  • Add salt,black pepper powder,garam masala powder,mix well & cook for a minute.
  • Add yogurt,mix well & cook until oil separates.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander, ginger & serve with naan!
