Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Undercut thinly slice
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric quarter
  • 2 tsp Crush red pepper
  • 1 tsp White cumin roasted and crushes
  • ½ tsp Allspice
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 qty Tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 8 qty Green chilies cut into length wise
  • 1 qty Capsicum julienne
  • 1 tsp Corn flour

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil.
  • Add ginger garlic, with chopped tomatoes, yoghurt, and dry seasonings fry well till tomatoes tender.
  • Add undercut keep frying, until done.
  • Lastly add capsicum, green chilies, 1 cup water for gravy, thicken with corn flour paste.
