
Beef chili with a Twist Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Undercut thinly slice
- ¼ cup Oil
- ¼ tsp Turmeric quarter
- 2 tsp Crush red pepper
- 1 tsp White cumin roasted and crushes
- ½ tsp Allspice
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 qty Tomatoes chopped
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 8 qty Green chilies cut into length wise
- 1 qty Capsicum julienne
- 1 tsp Corn flour
Instructions
- Heat oil.
- Add ginger garlic, with chopped tomatoes, yoghurt, and dry seasonings fry well till tomatoes tender.
- Add undercut keep frying, until done.
- Lastly add capsicum, green chilies, 1 cup water for gravy, thicken with corn flour paste.
