In a glass add yeast, sugar, water and mix well. Rest for 5-7 minutes. Your yeast mixture is ready.
In a bowl add flour, salt, baking powder, milk powder, icing sugar, oil, yeast mixture and water. Knead a soft dough. Grease it with oil, cover with cloth and let it rest until doubles in size.
In a bowl add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, paprika, red chili powder, Italian herbs, vinegar, salt, oil, green chilies and chicken. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
In a pan heat oil and add marinated chicken and cook until fully done and water dries out. Set aside.
In a pan heat oil and butter. Add garlic, flour, salt, white pepper milk and cook on low flame until no lumps remain. Now add cream and cook for 2-3 minutes or until creamy in texture. Set aside.
Take the prepared dough and divide it into 2 equal part. Take one part, make dough ball and roll it out into flat circle.
Place it on greased pizza pan. Now place 4 cuts on dough edges perpendicular to each other. Spread pizza sauce, prepared chicken, prepared sauce, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, onion, capsicum, tomatoes, black olives, Italian herbs and red chili flakes. Combine the cut edges together.
Now in the center of the dough, spread the pizza sauce, cooked chicken, sauce, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, capsicum, tomatoes, jalapenos, black olives, Italian herbs and red chili flakes. Brush egg on dough.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
