
Chicken Teriyaki Recipe
Chicken Teriyaki is always favorite to try.
Ingredients
- 2 qty Boneless Chicken Breast flattened
- 1 tsp Marinate with garlic
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
INGREDIENTS FOR BATTER
- 3 tbsp Flour heaved
- 1 qty Egg
- ¼ tsp Chili powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- ¼ tsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
INGREDIENTS FOR SAUCE
- 1 tbsp Onion chopped
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 3 tbsp Suree sweet sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
- ½ tsp Salt and pepper (each)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Tomato puree
- French fries to serve
Instructions
- Marinate chicken for 30 mins.
- Dip in prepared batter.
- Deep fry keep aside.
- Prepare sauce and spread over fried breast serve with French fries.
METHOD FOR SAUCE
- Heat oil; fry chopped onion for 2 mins.
- Add all the sauces.
- Cook for 2 to 3 mins.
- Pour on top of fried chicken and serve.
