Corn Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken (16 pieces)
- 1 tin Sweet corn
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Stock
- 4 tbsp Flour heaped
- 3 tbsp Butter
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese grated
- 1 cup Boiled macaroni
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 tsp Grinded green masala
Instructions
- Boil chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt, green masala, and 2 cups of water till chicken tender, and add 1 cup stock left.
- Strain stock keep chicken aside.
- In another pan, heat butter, fry flour with salt pepper mustard, add stock, milk, 2 tbsp grated cheese, sweet corn and boiled chicken.
- Put this mixture in a greased oven proved dish, add boiled macaroni, cover with cheese.
- Bake for 25 mins till top is light golden. Serve immediately.
