Creamy Malai Boti Recipe
Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Cubes
- 1 tbsp Almond
- 1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tsp White Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Raw Papaya Paste
- 2 tbsp Green chili
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ cup Cream
- Oil As Needed
- Piece of Coal (For Smoke)
- Oil Few Drops
Creamy Cheesy Sauce:
- ½ cup Cream
- ½ tbsp Cheddar Cheese
- tsp Chaat Masala
Instructions
- In bowl, add yogurt, almond, black pepper, white pepper powder, dried fenugreek leaves, raw papaya paste, ginger garlic paste, green chili, lemon juice, salt and cream, mix well.
- Add chicken cubes ,mix and marinate for 3-4 hours.
- Stew marinated chicken on skewers or bamboo skewers.
- In frying pan, add oil and shallow fry chicken skewers on medium low flame until done and give a coal smoke for 3-4 minutes or bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 10-15 minutes.
For Creamy Sauce:
- in bowl add cream, cheddar cheese, chaat masala and microwave for 30 seconds, mix well until smooth, creamy cheesy sauce is ready.
- Drizzle sauce over malai boti and serve.
