  • 500 g Chicken Cubes
  • 1 tbsp Almond
  • 1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tsp White Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Raw Papaya Paste
  • 2 tbsp Green chili
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Cream
  • Oil As Needed
  • Piece of Coal (For Smoke)
  • Oil Few Drops

Creamy Cheesy Sauce:

  • ½ cup Cream
  • ½ tbsp Cheddar Cheese
  • tsp Chaat Masala


  • In bowl, add yogurt, almond, black pepper, white pepper powder, dried fenugreek leaves, raw papaya paste, ginger garlic paste, green chili, lemon juice, salt and cream, mix well.
  • Add chicken cubes ,mix and marinate for 3-4 hours.
  • Stew marinated chicken on skewers or bamboo skewers.
  • In frying pan, add oil and shallow fry chicken skewers on medium low flame until done and give a coal smoke for 3-4 minutes or bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 10-15 minutes.

For Creamy Sauce:

  • in bowl add cream, cheddar cheese, chaat masala and microwave for 30 seconds, mix well until smooth, creamy cheesy sauce is ready.
  • Drizzle sauce over malai boti and serve.
