Desi Fish Curry Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- 4 Green Chilies
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chopped
- Curry Leaves Handful
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri Mirch (Add water to make paste)
- 6 piece Tamarind
- 2 cups Water
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- Fish Fillets As Required
- Rice For Serve
Instructions
- In a sauce pan add oil and sauté all the spices till aromatic. Now add ginger garlic, onion, spices, and mix well.
- Now add water, tamarind, in another pan. sear fish with corn flour coated till color. Now add coconut milk and mix.
- Now add coconut milk and mix. Make sure to not break the fish fillets.
- Serve with rice. Drizzle some coconut milk on top.
