
Dhuwan Dahi Pasanday Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ kg Beef pasanday
- 2 tbsp Raw papaya
- 1 tbsp Chopped ginger
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Fried and chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Roasted and chopped poppy seeds
- 10 qty Roasted and crushed whole red chilies
- 1 tbsp Roasted and crushed cumkn
- 1 tbsp Roasted and crushed coriander
- 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
- 1 tsp All spice
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg powder
- 1 tsp Crushed garlic
- 1 cup Yogurt
- ¼ cup Oil
FOR SIMMER
- ¾ cup Yogurt
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 qty Chopped green chilies
- 1 qty Onion
- 1 qty Coal
Instructions
- Marinate pasanday with all ingredients for 1 hour.
- Cook pasandayin hot oil on low flame.
- Now put yogurt,salt,green chilies,simmer it and give coal smoke.
- Cover for a while,serve hot.
