Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Beef pasanday
  • 2 tbsp Raw papaya
  • 1 tbsp Chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Fried and chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Roasted and chopped poppy seeds
  • 10 qty Roasted and crushed whole red chilies
  • 1 tbsp Roasted and crushed cumkn
  • 1 tbsp Roasted and crushed coriander
  • 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
  • 1 tsp All spice
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg powder
  • 1 tsp Crushed garlic
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Oil

FOR SIMMER

  • ¾ cup Yogurt
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 qty Chopped green chilies
  • 1 qty Onion
  • 1 qty Coal

Instructions
 

  • Marinate pasanday with all ingredients for 1 hour.
  • Cook pasandayin hot oil on low flame.
  • Now put yogurt,salt,green chilies,simmer it and give coal smoke.
  • Cover for a while,serve hot.
