Egg Paneer Masala Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Egg
- 200 gm Cheese
- 1 cup Onion
- 1 cup Tomato
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- Salt To Taste
- 1 pinch Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1 tsp Cumin Seed
- ½ cup Cream
- 6 Green Chilies
- ½ bunch Coriander
- ½ cup Oil
Instructions
- In hot oil fry the onions. Add all spices. Add tomatoes and cook well. Add the whisked egg and let cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Add leftover cheese. Add chopped coriander and chopped green chili.
- Lastly add cream and serve!
